At Exevo Designers Network, we are building a professional, ethical, and growth-driven creative ecosystem. These guidelines define how designers are expected to operate within our platform and represent the Exevo brand.

Professionalism First

All designers must communicate and operate with respect, integrity, and accountability. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct is not tolerated.

Creative Integrity

All work must be original or legally licensed.
Plagiarism, copying, or misuse of creative assets is strictly prohibited.
Proper credit must be given to collaborators and sources where applicable.

Quality Standards

Designers are expected to deliver work that meets professional design standards and follows the project brief precisely.

Payment & Revenue Model

Designers earn 80% of the total project fee. Exevo retains 20% as agency share.

Payments released after client payment and work approval.

Client Ownership & Protection

All clients provided by Exevo belong to the agency. Designers must not contact clients privately.

Bypassing Exevo results in immediate removal.

Accountability & Confidentiality

Designers must respect deadlines. All client information and project materials are strictly confidential.

Community Culture

Exevo is a creative hub. Designers are encouraged to support one another and share knowledge.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Immediate suspension for: Client Poaching, Plagiarism, Fraud/Dishonesty, or Breach of Confidentiality.
